To apply for a grant you must register for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) WebGrants system.

Registering in WebGrants:

NOTE: If you have already registered in Web Grants do not register again.

Existing Users: If you have forgotten your username, click on Forgot User ID. If you have forgotten your password, click on Reset Password.

New Users:  Users will be required to have an email account to register for WebGrants.  Before registering in WebGrants make sure you have your organization’s name and address, a W-9 tax form, and your EIN or SSN.

Two Factor Authentication: After logging in with user idf and password you will receive a pass code to your email address you used for registration. 

Single Sign On Users: Single Sign On is only available to Commonwealth of Virginia employees.
